Subject : Celebrate West Papua's 14th Independence Day with Thanksgiving
We are administering, strengthening and running the Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua with 20 Cabinet Ministers State and Government Institutions, and local governments of 10 Provinces, 88 Regencies, 10 Cities, and 3 Special Areas.
West Papua will celebrate its 14th Independence Day with Thanksgiving on 18 and 19 October 2025, with Prayers in our Offices and Churches. By De Facto, as mentioned above, and De Jure, the Pacific Islands Forum (PIF), the Africa Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group States, and the United Nations have put the Executive Government of the Federal Republic of West Papua on the agenda since 2015 until the present date.
We will achieve our main political goals through high-level negotiations with Indonesia mediated by the United Nations and or the UN General Assembly will grant us membership in accordance with the UN Charter, the United Nations will grant us membership and an orderly and peaceful transition and transfer of power from the state of Indonesia to the State of West Papua which will be carried out under the auspices of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force.
The Federal Republic of West Papua will guarantee all Indonesian peoples and Foreigners presently residing in West Papua the right to citizenship and ensure their safety and security from the time of independence and beyond We take over the power from Indonesia through peace gradually from now.
The Federal Republic of West Papua is a peace-loving state which accepts the obligations contained in the present UN Charter and we are able and willing to carry out these obligations. Please visit our official website www.wpegov.com
